CHBC has some exciting things ahead of us! Our children’s ministry is growing and thriving. I came across a quote the other day that said “Children are not the church of tomorrow, they are the church of today.” This is so true! Children need a safe haven to come and interact with children of the same faith. A place where they can learn about God’s Word, be prayed for and soak in the love of God and cared for by God’s people. Our CHBC children are such an incredibly important part of our church family. Has it ever crossed your mind that you would like to minister to the children of CHBC but not sure where to start or where God would place you? This would be a great time for you to attend our Teacher Summit. March 4th 8:45 am-11:45 am, we will be hosting this Summit for all current leaders in our church but also those who are wanting to teach or lead in a ministry. I could certainly use more children’s Sunday school teachers and Wednesday night helpers. Come spend a few hours with us on March 4th and see where God is leading you.

VBS
Following God changes everything! VBS 2023 Twists & Turns is just a few months away! Mark your calendar now for June 4- 8 and make plans to help in some way. Let me know now if you plan to help with VBS!
CAMP
Crosstimbers 2023 is scheduled, and plans are already being made. Camp will be June 19-22 for children who have completed 3rd grade through 6th grade. Early registration will be open very soon!
CHISHOLM KIDS SUMMER ADVENTURES
I have planned 6 “summer adventures” for kids who have completed 1st through 5th grade. These fun days will be on 6 different Thursday’s this summer. Those dates will be posted soon. Be watching Facebook and Instagram for more information on how your kids can have a fantastic summer with Chisholm Kids!
