Last year, we approved a new vision called “Vision 2024”. The church formed a Long Range Planning Committee as a part of that vision. They were charged with looking at the facility to see if any changes need to be addressed to help meet the goals of Vision 2024. One area that they felt needed to be addressed was a welcome center/gathering area. That project is continuing to move forward and has so far turned out to be a wonderful space for ministry.
Now the LRPC is moving to assess the needs in the Worship Center. A few months ago, the church voted to hire Church Interiors to work with us on that project. As I write this article a team of representatives from Church Interiors are on site working on a design that the LRPC can eventually present to the church for approval. These are some exciting times and I can’t wait to see what the Lord is going to do as we strive to reach Mustang with the Gospel.
And remember, Chisholm Heights Baptist Church is a church home that exists to build GREAT faith in Jesus Christ in every person in Mustang, Oklahoma, the United States and the world.
